Renaissance Gala

The Bradley University Renaissance Gala was a multiple hour large fund raising dinner. The event entailed a lot of animation, real time video, a web and SMS interactive game show. The show also entailed live interaction with pre-recorded video elements. I served as one of the three producers for the event. My primary responsibility was to schedule multiple items, including meetings, a full week green screen shoot and project reviews. My overall duty was to make sure all team members showed up to work, quality checking their work and making sure it was completed when needed. I also helped out with the initial concepting work.
